【摘要】:Thisstandardestablishesthegeneralprinciplestobeadoptedtominimizetheeffectsofstraycurrentcorrosioncausedbydirect-current(d.c.)onburiedorimmersedmetalstructures.Thestandardisintendedtoofferguidancefor:thedesignofdirectcurrentsystemswhichmayproducestraycurrents;thedesignofmetalstructures,whicharetobeburiedorimmersedandwhichmaybesubjecttostraycurrentcorrosion;theselectionofappropriateprotectionmeasures.Thestandardmainlydealswithexternalstraycurrentcorrosiononburiedorimmersedstructures.Howeverstraycurrentcorrosionmayalsooccurinternallyinsystemscontaininganelectrolytee.g.nearinsulatingjointsorhighresistancepipejointsinawaterpipeline.Thesesituationsarenotdealtwithindetailinthisstandardbutprinciplesandmeasuresdescribedherearegenerallyapplicableforminimizingtheinterferenceeffects.Straycurrentsmayalsocauseothereffectssuchasoverheating.Thesearenotcoveredinthisstandard.D.C.systemsthatcancausecurrentstoflowintheearthoranyotherelectrolyte,whetherintentionalorunintentional,include:d.c.tractionsystems;trolleybussystems;d.c.powersystems;d.c.equipmentatindustrialsites;d.c.communicationsystems;cathodicprotectionsystems;highvoltaged.c.(HVDC)transmissionsystems;d.c.trackcircuitsignallingsystems.ForstraycurrentsfromtractionsystemsEN50122-2givesrequirementsforminimizingtheirproductionandfortheeffectswithintherailroad.Systemswhichmaybeaffectedbystraycurrentsincludeburiedorimmersedmetalstructuressuchas:a)pipelines;b)metalsheathedcables;c)tanksandvessels;d)earthingsystems;e)steelreinforcementinconcrete;f)steelpiling.Anaffectedstructurecarryingstraycurrents,e.g.apipelineorcablemayitselfaffectothernearbystructures(seeClause8).Thisstandarddoesnotaddresstheeffectofa.c.straycurrent.Wherea.c.straycurrentissuspected,careshouldbetakenwhentakingmeasurementsonanycomponentsduetoriskoflargeinducedvoltages.Ifa.c.straycurrentinterferenceispresentthecriteriadescribedinthisstandardwillnotapply.
