【摘要】:Thispracticecanbeusedtocomparespraypatternsofdifferentpumpdispensersandofdifferentproducts.Spraypatternsfrompumpdispenserswillvarygreatlywiththedesignoftheactuatorandthenatureoftheliquid.Liquidswithdifferingphysicalpropertieswillnotnecessarilyyieldthesamespraypatternwhensprayedfromthesameactuator.Likewise,actuatorsofdifferentdesignswillyieldspraypatternsdistinctfromeachotherwhenthesameliquidisused.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofspraypatternsfrompumpdispensers.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
