【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverspartsproducedfromiron-phosphoruspowdermetallurgymaterials.Thesepartsareusedinmagneticapplicationsrequiringhigherpermeabilityandelectricalresistivityandlowercoercivefieldstrengththanattainableroutinelyfrompartsproducedfromironpowder.1.2Twopowdertypesarecovered;TypeIcontainingnominally0.45%phosphorus,andTypeIIcontainingnominally0.8%phosphorus.1.3ThisspecificationdealswithP/Mpartsinthesinteredorannealedcondition.Shouldthesinteredpartsbesubjectedtoanysecondaryoperationthatcausesmechanicalstrain,suchasmachiningorsizing,theyshouldberesinteredorannealed.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.
